為了提高功(gong)率因數、改善(shan)電(dian)能質量,企業廣(guang)泛采用電(dian)力(li)(li)電(dian)容器進行無功(gong)補償。但是在(zai)電(dian)容器運行過程(cheng)中,受(shou)到種(zhong)種(zhong)原因的影響,電(dian)力(li)(li)電(dian)容器可能會出現爆炸(zha)(zha);電(dian)容器爆炸(zha)(zha)會導(dao)致全站停電(dian),影響電(dian)力(li)(li)系統(tong)的運行,嚴重時還會出現人員(yuan)傷亡。
1、電容器爆炸的原因及危險性
電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)容(rong)器(qi)(qi)爆炸,通常(chang)是電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)容(rong)器(qi)(qi)內部元件擊穿或外(wai)殼絕緣被破壞(huai)引起的;另外(wai)環境溫(wen)(wen)度和電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)容(rong)器(qi)(qi)溫(wen)(wen)度過(guo)(guo)高(gao),也(ye)會(hui)導致(zhi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)容(rong)器(qi)(qi)爆炸;工(gong)作(zuo)人員對電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)容(rong)器(qi)(qi)的保養(yang)工(gong)作(zuo)不到位,也(ye)會(hui)造成電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)力電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)容(rong)器(qi)(qi)爆炸事故;工(gong)作(zuo)人員帶電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)荷合閘(zha)操作(zuo),也(ye)會(hui)導致(zhi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)容(rong)器(qi)(qi)爆炸的發(fa)生;長期(qi)過(guo)(guo)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓、過(guo)(guo)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流運(yun)行的電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)容(rong)器(qi)(qi),也(ye)會(hui)造成電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)容(rong)器(qi)(qi)爆炸事故。
對(dui)于一般企(qi)業來說(shuo),電容(rong)器爆(bao)炸可(ke)能(neng)會造成停(ting)電停(ting)產(chan),影響(xiang)企(qi)業的正常運(yun)行(xing);對(dui)于煤礦井下等(deng)場景來說(shuo),電容(rong)器爆(bao)炸可(ke)能(neng)引發一系列事故(gu),嚴重時還會造成人員傷(shang)亡事故(gu)。
2、通常情況下(xia),電(dian)力(li)電(dian)容器爆炸(zha)有以下(xia)原因:
①電容(rong)器質量差,導致(zhi)電容(rong)器內部元件擊穿。
②電容器密封不良(liang)出現漏(lou)油,導致對外殼放電或(huo)元(yuan)件擊穿。
③電(dian)容器內(nei)部鼓(gu)肚(du)或游(you)離,在過電(dian)壓的作用(yong)下(xia),產生氣(qi)體及一系列反應(ying),使電(dian)容器內(nei)部壓力過大爆炸。
④出現帶(dai)電荷合(he)閘等錯誤操作,也會導(dao)致電容器爆炸。
⑤通風不良、溫升過高、諧波污染嚴重(zhong)也會(hui)引(yin)起電容器(qi)爆炸。
